Guided By Community, Built For Community

Evidence-Based Standards and Community-Led Leadership

At Inspire Neurodiversity and Wellbeing CIC, professional expertise serves our community not the other way around. We combine over 20 years of experience in child development, mental health, healthcare, and public service with something just as important: lived experience, community voice, and local leadership. Our Board leads with integrity but our Community Advisory Group shapes our direction. Every standard we set, every plan we make, every service we launch is reviewed, guided and approved by the people we exist to support.

Abdirahman Mohamoud Farah (MA, PGCert, BSc (Hons))

Founder, Managing Director & Chair of the Board Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)

Abdirahman brings over 20 years of experience in child development and mental health but his greatest qualification is being part of this community. He founded Inspire Neurodiversity and Wellbeing CIC because he saw families from ethnic minority backgrounds being left behind facing barriers, stigma and services that didn’t understand them.

His role is to serve the vision the community sets, not to decide it alone.
