The Need for Our Service
Our mission is grounded in research from University College London (UCL) and the National Autistic Society, which confirms that children from ethnic minority backgrounds experience significantly longer waiting times for diagnosis. This “Diagnostic Gap” leads to educational exclusion, family breakdown, and long-term mental health inequality. Inspire CIC serves as a specialist “front door” to identify these challenges early and reduce community inequality.

Our Proven Track Record
Our leadership team developed the successful Butetown Pilot, a Mental Health and Wellbeing programme for ethnic minority men. This initiative was so impactful that EYST Wales adopted the model as a permanent service. We bring this same level of proven success to our neurodiversity advocacy Cardiff across South Wales.
Evidence-Based: Aligned with global research on diagnostic disparities.
Asset Lock Guarantee: 100% of all surplus and funding is legally bound for reinvestment into Cardiff.
Strategic Partners: Collaborative history with Cardiff Mind, Barod and the Jacob Abraham Foundation.
